Karma Nguyen, the founder of Defining Beauty Wellness and Med Spa, has a strong passion and dedication for delivering comprehensive care with beautiful results to her patients.

She received her National Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She has been providing compassionate nursing care since 2003 and has been cultivating her passion for aesthetics since then.

Karma strives to advance her practice and knowledge with evidence-based guidelines, along with current trends and techniques. By attending local and national continuing education courses, and also participating in medical and professional associations, Karma takes pride in providing beautiful and natural results with a gentle touch while paying attention to detail. She also places the highest priority on her patients’ safety when it comes to choosing which treatments and procedures are offered.

Each patient is provided a thorough consultation to make sure all treatments and procedures are appropriate and individualized for their specific conditions and care. Karma believes that the wellness of an individual is not solely limited to internal health conditions but extends outward to include self-perception.
