Before treatment, a consultation is essential. Retinoids, abrasive skin care products, tanning, and certain medications should be discontinued a minimum of one week prior to treatment.
During the treatment, the treatment area is prepped with a numbing cream for 60 minutes, which is then removed. The area is thoroughly cleansed with a gentle cleanser and prepped with alcohol.
